Having qualified as a Personal Trainer 7 years ago Scott has helped many individuals achieve goals that they never thought were possible. Whilst doing this Scott also plays semi-professional rugby at Henley Hawks and is also qualified in Sports Massage which he achieved last year.

For me balance is key. Making sure that we combine strength work with endurance allows us to ensure that we achieve an overall high level of fitness.

I enjoy popping to the cinema and filling up the pick n mix!

Seeing clients achieve their goals and watching them grow as individuals each session is very rewarding.

Has to be free weights. You can use them for multiple movements for strength or dynamic exercises
