Our classes centre around three simple principles; Build, Breathe & Move allowing you the ability to personalise your training to best achieve your goals. Our highly qualified and experienced team will be able to guide you as to which classes will be best suited to you.
Any training programme no matter what your goal will contain elements of Build (getting a bit stronger), Breathe (getting a bit fitter) and Move (getting a bit more mobile). Depending on your goal you might want to put a bit more bias in some areas more than others, without neglecting any. So check out which classes will be aimed at Building, Breathing and Moving and start building the perfect training programme for you and your goals. Build; If your goal is to build strength, maintain functional biomechanics, or just feel more powerful, then these classes are for you.

Breathe; Our conditioning classes are perfect if your goal is to improve fitness and work on metabolic conditioning, burn calories, or if you just want to de-stress, get sweaty and feel great.
