At TMB we provide every member the opportunity to take control of their training. Using our Build Breathe and Move principles we can give clear guidance and support to help you reach and exceed your fitness goals.
Where an assessment session is not a requirement to attend any of our group sessions, we highly recommend you take advantage of our introductory one to one session for a number of reasons; firstly, we can assess your current fitness level in detail, we will learn about any functional or mobility issues you may have and ensure all of the team are aware of such, we will provide in-depth coaching on all compound movements in this session as well as learning all about your personal goals so that we can then devise a training plan, using our group workouts, so you can readily achieve them with the TMB team’s support!
We don’t want you to waste your efforts with a lack of direction.

What to Expect from our Workouts
Any training programme no matter what your goal, will contain elements of Build (strength), Breathe (fitness) and Move (mobility and activation). Whilst your goal may mean that you focus on one of these areas as a priority, it is important not to neglect the others too. If you have any questions about which workouts will best suit your personal goals please don’t hesitate to get in touch and a TMB Coach will be happy to help.
- The primary focus of any workouts termed Build is to build strength.
- The primary focus of any workouts termed Breathe is to improve fitness.
- The primary focus of any workouts termed Move is to improve mobility & activation.
If your goal is to build strength, maintain functional biomechanics, or just feel more powerful, then these workouts are for you.

A Private Studio in Berkshire
Our workouts are based in our beautiful converted barn in Englefield, Berkshire. This bright and airy space provides the perfect location for personal training and small group sessions. We like to keep our group sessions to a maximum of 10 people, giving our clients the space and focus they need to work on their fitness goals.
