Every fitness journey is different,
The most important thing is to establish where you are now and where you want to be. What we do is come up with the most effective plan to get you moving forward. This is often a combination of 1:1 coaching and group training but each persons journey is different and we are here to support you in the approach that will best support your life and prior commitments.
We recommend starting any fitness journey with a 1:1 coaching session to assess your current fitness level and movement quality. From here we can better advise you on the best way to start moving forward, through our group sessions, continued 1:1 coaching or a combination of both.
The Process
Appointment with us
This can be done remotely or we prefer over a coffee at our next door farm shop. Here we discuss a number of things including training history, injury history, where you consider your health and fitness to be currently, and where you would like it to be.
Assessment Session
In this session we take you through our version of the functional fitness test where we can better determine your strengths, weakness and any obvious movement disfunction and advise you on the best path to get you moving forward.
Start your health & fitness journey
With all the information we have gathered we with each individual to come up with a programme they are most comfortable with. This could be any combination of group sessions and 1:1 coaching depending on each persons preference and commitment level.
