Personal training at The Movement Barn is more than just one to one training; we provide you with the tools, information and support you need to take control of your health and fitness long term.

The process begins with an in-depth consultation and assessment session to determine your current fitness level and to understand your goals. Together, we then design an action plan which consists not only of one to one training but also workout and nutrition plans along with access to our varied class timetable to keep variety and motivation at its peak.
