The Movement Barn is a coach-lead fitness studio that provides training with a purpose through 1:1 personal training and group fitness sessions. We give our members direction, continued support and believe fitness is for everyone so there are no prerequisites to participation.
Scott, Dexter & Harry are our resident personal trainers, offering one-to-one training and sustainable, tailored plans to help you take control of your health and fitness long term.
Our workouts are built around three simple principles: Build, Breathe & Move. We like to keep our group fitness sessions to a maximum of 10 people, giving our clients the space and focus they need to work on their fitness goals.
We come up with the most effective plan to get you moving forward. This is often a combination of 1:1 coaching and group training but each persons journey is different and we are here to support you in the approach that will best support your life and prior commitments.
